How to use your Med Sheet

The pine cone sheet is for healing.

Place the pine cone sheet under your bottom sheet on your bed and under your upper body with the point of the pine cone facing upwards towards your pillow. You can either allow the default program to work all night long or you can connect to the most highly evolved aspect of the love star and place the correct amount of vortices into the pine cone to treat and work on specific areas on your body.

The Mother Aqua sheet is for protection against EMF's, lay lines, water lines, energy lines, 5G and 6G.

Place the Mother Aqua sheet under your bottom sheet under your legs. This will then deflect any water lines, lay lines or energy lines. 5G & 6G and EMF’s, that could harm you.

How to use your Med Stickers

The pine cone stickers are for healing. Place the pine cone stickers on any part of your body that needs healing energy. You can also place them under your pet's bedding, or child's bedding.

The Mother Aqua stickers are for protection against EMF's, lay lines, water lines, energy lines, 5G and 6G. Place the Mother Aqua on your phones, TV/laptops, computers and electrical sockets.
